Senior Asset Production Coordinator - Pottery Barn Job Description

About the Role

The Senior Brand Asset Coordinator serves as a key liaison between Merchandising and Creative, translating seasonal merchandising priorities into clear, pagination documentation and actionable creative briefs. This role ensures cohesive product storytelling, identifies the most effective asset types across channels, and develops detailed shot lists to support photography and video production. The ideal candidate is passionate about home décor, thinks strategically and conceptually, and brings strong organizational skills and structure to a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while consistently delivering high-quality work.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Merchandising and Creative leadership to define seasonal priorities, launches, and product storytelling, with a focus on Pottery Barn collaborations and key seasonal initiatives.
  • Build, manage, and maintain accurate seasonal pagination documents; partner with Merchants on assortment updates, product drops, and tracking sample availability.
  • Partner closely with the VP of Creative and Creative Directors to develop collaboration creative briefs and support preparation of Pre-Pro meetings, incorporating partner feedback into updated pagination.
  • Document asset priorities, wireframes, and usage guidelines to inform comprehensive shot lists.
  • Develop shot lists in partnership with Creative Directors to ensure all crops and use cases are captured.
  • Review assets for alignment with merchandising strategies, identifying gaps or inconsistencies.
  • Manage projects end-to-end, from concept through execution, ensuring deadlines and launch timelines are met.
  • Identify opportunities to reuse or repurpose assets to reduce costs.
  • Recommend production efficiencies and alternative talent solutions.
  • Leverage prior season assets to minimize reshoots where possible.

Criteria

Strong understanding of marketing strategies and asset use across channels.

Proven analytical, planning, and decision-making skills.

Experience working in fast-paced, on-set or dynamic creative environments.
