Position: Director of Product Management, Adobe Lightroom Creative Pro

Director Of Product Management

Adobe Lightroom is the world's leading photography ecosystem, empowering photographers to edit, manage, store, and share images across desktop, mobile, and web. As professional photography is reshaped by AI, automation, new client expectations, and a rapidly evolving competitive landscape, we are looking for a Director of Product Management to help define what the modern professional photography workflow becomes next. This is a senior individual-contributor role for someone with deep product leadership experience and demonstrated proficiency in professional photography.

You will represent the needs of photographers currently engaged with Lightroom, helping teams understand where pros need more speed, quality, trust, creative control, and workflow efficiency. You will lead key parts of the Creative Pro offering plan within Lightroom's overall strategy.

Working closely with product managers, designers, engineers, researchers, product marketers, and advanced technology teams, you will translate real-world professional workflows into product direction, roadmap priorities, and shipped experiences. This role requires a rare combination of customer empathy, product taste, technical curiosity, strategic judgment, and senior-level influence. You will help shape how AI, agents, and new workflow innovations can make Lightroom dramatically more valuable to professional photographers while preserving craft, intent, and control.

Adobe empowers everyone to create through innovative platforms and tools that unleash creativity, productivity and personalized customer experiences.
