Immediate need for a talented Event Producer
. This is a 06 months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in San Francisco, CA (Onsite).

Pay Range: $60/hr - $63/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Requirements and Technology

Experience:

• 5–8 years of experience in event production, content management, or live broadcast production in a corporate or agency environment
• Deep, hands-on expertise producing large-scale events on Zoom — webinars, town halls, all-hands broadcasts, and multi-session conferences — including advanced host and production controls
• Demonstrated experience producing keynotes and general sessions for large audiences, with full ownership of show flow and on-site or remote direction
• Experience working in large, m atrixed organizations with multiple concurrent stakeholder groups and competing priorities
• Familiarity with enterprise collaboration tools, digital asset management systems, and broadcast production or live streaming environments
• Bachelor's degree in communications, media production, marketing, or a related field; equivalent experience considered
