About The Position We are looking for a Coordinator to work with media who cover entertainment and venues in relation to coverage for Chase Center, Thrive City and Golden State Entertainment (GSE). In this role, you will work closely with internal teams to align brands and press opportunities. The ideal candidate has a real passion for concerts, film and music who exemplifies diligence, creativity and consistency.
This position reports to the Senior Manager, Venue & Entertainment Communications.

This is a full-time position based onsite in San Francisco, CA.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, execute, and track all public relations plans for Chase Center, Thrive City and Golden State Entertainment
- Serve as PR representative for majority of non-Warriors and Valkyries events at Chase Center and Thrive City
- Coordinate logistics for on-site photographers and media at Chase Center and GSE events
- Assist with general press inquiries and interview requests while working on feature stories
- Build and maintain positive relationships with key media figures (i.e., entertainment media, business editors, TV news producers, anchors, and radio news reporters, etc.)
- Oversee Chase Center media contact database and media metrics reports
- Assist in the execution of press announcements (i.e., preparation of press lists, distribution of releases and execution of press events)
- Execute PR strategy for building and content-related storylines
- Write and produce creative media materials including key messages, media one-pagers and press releases
- Support and manage key trackers for global events and awards
- Organize and maintain bios, headshots, photographs, video, logos and press archives
- Monitor relevant news sources and social media channels for competitive advantages and industry trends
- Other duties as assigned
Required Experience & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Communications/Journalism, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 1-3 years of public and media relations experience, preferably within the entertainment industry
