Graduate Product Designer ; U4B

About the Role

We're looking for a Product Designer to join the Uber for Business (U4B) team. U4B helps organizations offer mobility and delivery solutions to the people they support, including employees, customers, patients, and guests. The U4B Product Design team builds the tools that allow companies to manage, distribute, and track access to rides and deliveries at scale.

• Create wireframes and visual designs for specific features and user flows.
• Develop low- to medium-fidelity prototypes to illustrate and test design solutions.
• Give and receive constructive feedback from other designers to refine your work and continually raise the quality bar.
• Participate in user research activities and integrate findings into your design approaches under guidance.
• Contribute to design brainstorming and exploration sessions with your cross‑functional partners.
• Collaborate closely with engineers and product managers to ensure designs meet business requirements and are built to a high standard.
• Help measure and iterate on shipped designs based on team feedback and metrics.

• 1+ year of Product Design experience (or equivalent demonstrable work/internship experience).
• A portfolio demonstrating design proficiency in core UX/UI skills and problem‑solving ability.

• Experience designing for web or mobile applications.
• Familiarity with the end‑to‑end product design process.
• Effective prototyping skills using Figma.
• Ability to clearly articulate design decisions both verbally and in writing.
• Show curiosity by exploring AI in design processes, empowering teams to deliver smarter, faster outcomes.
• Familiarity with data and how it can inform decision‑making.

For San Francisco, CA-based roles:
The base salary range for this role in San Francisco is USD $128,000 per year – USD $135,000 per year. You will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of compensation. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
