We’re partnering with a fast-growing, research-driven AI company building cutting-edge video technology at the intersection of film, entertainment, and generative AI.

The company is developing advanced technology for modifying human performance in video, with applications across visual dubbing, dialogue editing, and entertainment. Its technology has already been used on major streaming productions.

Film is at the heart of the company, and they’re looking to build a social presence that reflects that.

We’re looking for a Head of Social Media & Content to own the company’s day-to-day social presence and work closely with the creative team to bring its brand, technology, campaigns, and ideas to life.

You’ll shape what the brand posts, how it participates in conversations around film, entertainment, technology, and culture, and how existing creative assets are adapted across platforms.

We’re looking for someone who genuinely lives on social media, loves film, and has great visual taste. You understand why something works on Tik Tok versus Instagram, You Tube, or Linked In — and how to create content that feels native to each platform.

This is a highly hands‑on role. One day you might turn a polished campaign into ten pieces of social content; the next, you might react to a cultural moment, cut a clip yourself, film something with the team, or find a new angle for an existing asset.

• Own day-to-day publishing across Tik Tok, Instagram, You Tube, Linked In, and emerging platforms.
• Develop the social strategy, content calendar, recurring formats, and publishing cadence.
• Turn campaigns, demos, product footage, BTS, interviews, research, and events into compelling social-native content.
• Identify timely opportunities across film, television, creators, AI, and internet culture.
• Concept social-first ideas connecting technology with movies, performances, filmmakers, fandoms, and pop culture.
• Write strong hooks, captions, titles, thumbnails, and social copy.
• Shoot and edit short‑form video independently using Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
• Partner with the creative team to extend larger campaigns across social.
• Track performance and use analytics to inform creative decisions and experimentation.
• Grow the brand’s audience, reach, engagement, and cultural relevance.

You have strong social instincts, excellent visual taste, and a genuine love of film and entertainment. You understand internet culture, audience behavior, trends, creators, fandoms, and what makes content feel native rather than overly branded.

Ideally, you’ve helped manage and grow social accounts for a creative, entertainment, media, technology, film, or culture-driven brand and can show work you personally helped conceptualize, create, publish, or grow.

You should:

• Live and breathe Tik Tok, Instagram, You Tube, and internet culture.
• Understand how content strategy, voice, and formats differ by platform.
• Be comfortable shooting and editing video independently.
• Understand basic camera operation, lighting, framing, sound, and production.
• Be a strong social copywriter with a feel for hooks, captions, and titles.
• Understand analytics across reach, retention, shares, saves, engagement, traffic, and audience growth.
• Be proactive, organized, culturally aware, experimental, and comfortable moving quickly.
