Requirements
- 8+ years professional design experience working at a startup or similarly resource-restricted organization shipping great designs at a fast pace
- Experience shipping AI products end to end as the lead designer
- Experience iterating with engineers and other team members on both visual and UX designs
- Great presentation, collaboration and communication skills
- Empathetic champion for your work’s audience and customers
- Strong visual design skills without sacrificing usability
- Understanding of the technical constraints of building web applications
- Build with AI tools in your own workflow, prototyping with Claude, Figma Make, Cursor, or similar tools
- Able to come into the San Francisco office on a hybrid basis, 3 days per week
- Legally authorized to work in the US
- Must not require current or future sponsorship to work in the US
Demonstrates extensive experience in leading the design of AI products from concept to launch, with strong visual design skills and a deep understanding of user experience. Collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams, utilizing AI tools for prototyping and design iteration.
