We are seeking a highly experienced Product Designer to drive the creation of intuitive, impactful mobile experiences within a groundbreaking digital health platform. You will spearhead the design of critical features from conception to launch, ensuring every interaction is seamless, effective, and deeply user-centric. If you’re passionate about leveraging design to solve complex problems and improve lives, this is your chance to shine.

• Lead the end-to-end design process for large, consumer-facing mobile application features, guiding them from initial ideation through to high-fidelity UI.
• Own critical design phases including user research, wire framing, prototyping, and delivering high-craft interaction design for complex digital health experiences.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners in product management and engineering to meticulously define requirements and deliver scalable, user-centric solutions.
• Present and articulate design rationale and strategic decisions with clarity and conviction to cross-functional partners and company leadership.
• Integrate user feedback, data insights, and mobile design best practices into iterative design solutions, continuously enhancing the user experience.
• Proactively identify design challenges and propose innovative solutions, exploring and leveraging modern technologies like AI to optimize design workflows and outcomes.

• 10+ years of professional product design experience, with a primary and demonstrated focus on consumer-facing mobile applications.
• An exceptional portfolio showcasing high-craft visual and interaction design for complex mobile products.
• Advanced proficiency with industry-standard design and prototyping tools, such as Figma or Sketch.
• A demonstrated track record of independently owning and successfully driving large, end-to-end design initiatives from concept through to successful launch.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, enabling you to clearly articulate design decisions and strategies to leadership and diverse teams.

• Prior experience designing for consumer-facing health tech, fintech, or top-tier consumer applications (e.g., Instacart, Headspace, Apple, Instagram, Cash App, Robinhood).
• Practical experience or a strong curiosity regarding the integration of AI tools into the design workflow.
