Role overview

A remote U.S.

-based web designer position focused on the company's public web presence and platform-level design surfaces. The role sits at the intersection of brand, marketing, and product web, shaping how the organization shows up across its owned digital properties. It is suited to a designer who enjoys pairing strong visual craft with systems thinking.

• Design and iterate on web pages and flows across marketing, brand, and product surfaces
• Contribute to and extend the design system so presence work and platform work share a consistent visual language
• Partner closely with engineers, product managers, and brand or content leads from concept through ship
• Produce wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and implementation-ready specs
• Translate business goals and audience needs into clear, accessible web experiences
• Maintain visual, typographic, and interaction consistency across multiple web properties

• Several years of experience in web, product, or interaction design with a strong portfolio to review
• Demonstrated ability to design polished, responsive web pages end to end
• Solid grasp of typography, layout, hierarchy, color, and grid systems
• Comfort working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment
• Strong written communication and the ability to articulate design decisions
• Working knowledge of how designs translate into HTML, CSS, and component-based front ends

• Experience contributing to a shared design system or component library
• Background in motion, micro-interaction, or front-end prototyping
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices

• Fully remote within the United States
• Collaboration with distributed design, engineering, and brand teammates
