Lead the creative direction for AI-generated film projects, bridging traditional narrative directing with AI production workflows.
Responsibilities- Own and protect the creative vision across AI-generated film projects, ensuring storytelling quality is never sacrificed for speed.
- Translate traditional film directing into AI production
, applying narrative directing experience while adopting new AI creative workflows. - Guide creative direction in ways that support AI-native entertainment
, helping shape the future of Inkitt’s storytelling model. - Contribute to innovative narrative content by bringing directing expertise into AI production pipelines.
- Professional narrative directing experience from independent film, television directing programs, narrative shorts, music videos, or similar.
- Script analysis and story development
, including breaking down scripts and delivering creative feedback. - Editorial review experience
, providing direction on edits, pacing, color correction, and sound design. - Visual storytelling fundamentals
, including shot composition, shot selection, storyboarding, and cinematic language. - Professional production experience
, collaborating with writers, editors, producers, and creative teams in a production environment. - Exceptional vision communication
, able to clearly articulate and defend creative direction. - Constructive creative leadership
, delivering thoughtful, actionable feedback to creative teams. - Open-mindedness
, incorporating feedback and alternative perspectives without ego. - Strong prioritization
