You're someone who is obsessed with new AI tools and the way the entire industry is shifting. You've changed your day-to-day workflows immensely already. Your curiosity drives you, regardless of your past work experience.

You'll shape the consumer's end-to-end experience at Pool, from the moment they first view our website through identity verification, moving their first dollar and beyond. This role is an excellent fit role for someone who loves consumer apps and thrives on tiny details.

• You're care deeply about responsibility and ownership. You're looking for a role where you can have real impact in a short amount of time. You love collaborating with engineering teams.
• You understand the importance of consumer trust when moving money, and acknowledge the trade-offs that are necessary in order to balance customer trust and meaningful growth.
• You want to be part of a focused, high-performing team, and understand that the size of our team might mean doing some tasks outside of your day-to-day role. We all clean up the lunch table.
• You're available to work in-person three days a week in San Francisco (relocation is possible!)
