Some job duties include:
- Booking/checking out appointments using the Booker System
- Ensuring client satisfaction/Exceptional customer service
- Managing all staff (techs and esti)
- Handling schedule for technicians/esti
- Keeping the spa clean at all times
- Maintaining a positive attitude and environment
- Helping with social media presence
- Comped services such as mani/pedis and waxing
- Potential for commission on retail sales
