We are seeking a proactive, service-oriented bilingual (English/Spanish) Tenant Relations Coordinator to support a portfolio of multifamily apartment communities across San Francisco. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people from diverse backgrounds, and takes pride in creating positive living experiences for residents.
The Tenant Relations Coordinator serves as a key point of contact for residents, ensuring timely communication, issue resolution, and high levels of satisfaction while supporting property management operations.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary contact for resident inquiries, concerns, and service requests (in English and Spanish)
- Coordinate communication between residents, property management, and maintenance teams
- Track and resolve resident issues in a timely and professional manner
- Support conflict resolution and maintain positive community relations
- Monitor and respond to emails, phone calls, and resident portal messages
- Maintain accurate records in property management software (Yardi)
- Assist with property management duties as needed (tenant notices, move ins/move outs, emergency/after hours calls, etc.)
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (required)
- BA/BS preferred.
- Experience in property management, customer service, hospitality, or related field preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional, calm, and solution-oriented demeanor
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Yardi preferred
- Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities simultaneously
- Empathetic and resident-focused mindset
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently
