We are seeking a proactive, service-oriented bilingual (English/Spanish) Tenant Relations Coordinator to support a portfolio of multifamily apartment communities across San Francisco. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people from diverse backgrounds, and takes pride in creating positive living experiences for residents.

The Tenant Relations Coordinator serves as a key point of contact for residents, ensuring timely communication, issue resolution, and high levels of satisfaction while supporting property management operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for resident inquiries, concerns, and service requests (in English and Spanish)
  • Coordinate communication between residents, property management, and maintenance teams
  • Track and resolve resident issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Support conflict resolution and maintain positive community relations
  • Monitor and respond to emails, phone calls, and resident portal messages
  • Maintain accurate records in property management software (Yardi)
  • Assist with property management duties as needed (tenant notices, move ins/move outs, emergency/after hours calls, etc.)
Qualifications
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (required)
  • BA/BS preferred.
  • Experience in property management, customer service, hospitality, or related field preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional, calm, and solution-oriented demeanor
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Yardi preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities simultaneously
