About the RoleThe Customer Success Manager will manage a portfolio of dealership accounts and ensure successful onboarding, product adoption, and customer retention.
This is a hands-on individual contributor role focused on execution and relationship management. You will work closely with dealerships to drive engagement, reduce churn risk, and help customers see measurable ROI from Bitesize.
This role is ideal for someone with 2–3 years of Customer Success or Account Management experience who understands dealership operations and is ready to take full ownership of a book of business.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of automotive dealership accounts
- Lead onboarding and implementation for new customers
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
- Drive product adoption and engagement across rooftops
- Monitor account health, usage, and performance metrics
- Proactively identify churn risks and resolve issues early
- Support renewal conversations and retention efforts
- Partner with Product and Leadership to communicate customer feedback
- Maintain accurate CRM documentation and follow-ups
This role offers a clear path to senior-level Customer Success responsibilities. Strong performers who consistently drive retention and customer health may grow into:

Required
- 2–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role
- Direct experience working with automotive dealerships (vendor, SaaS, CRM, or marketing tools)
- Experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Must be located in CST or EST time zone and available during full U.S. business hours
Preferred
- Experience working for a SaaS company serving automotive dealerships
- Experience supporting renewals or retention conversations
- Base: $65k–$80k
- Performance bonus tied to retention and account health metrics
