Our Oasis of Wellness is looking to grow our team. This Little Green Gem of Presidio Heights is currently looking for an ambitious Front Desk/Salon Coordinator that is experienced and comfortable with maintaining a fast paced environment with an extensive client base. You must be comfortable with face to face interaction, customer service and retail sales.

Along with your highly developed communication skills, you should be:

• Friendly, outgoing, motivated and a self starter
• Multi-tasker that is results oriented and pays attention to detail
• Customer service extraordinaire
• Work cohesively in a team environment
• Trustworthy, timely, efficient, courteous and kind
• Marketing background a plus
• Have a passion for business
• Salon/Spa experience a plus
• Executive Assistant experience a plus

• Answering multiple phone lines in a friendly, articulate and consistent manner
• Educating and selling products and services to clients
• Booking and coordinating appointments, inventory & ordering
• Comprehensive computer skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
• Assisting CEO in all areas
