This is a full-time remote role for a Client Support Specialist. The Client Support Specialist will act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing timely and effective resolutions to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include maintaining strong customer relationships, documenting support interactions, and collaborating with internal teams to improve products and services.

- Experience in customer support and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and effectively
- Analytical skills to assess and resolve customer issues efficiently
- Ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment
- Proficiency with customer support tools, CRM systems, or related software is a plus
