This is a part-time, on-site role based in San Francisco, CA for a Spa Concierge. The Spa Concierge will warmly welcome and assist clients, manage appointment bookings, answer inquiries related to spa services and products, and ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all guests. Responsibilities also include handling payments, maintaining cleanliness in the reception area, and providing administrative support to the spa team.

Emphasis is placed on delivering exceptional customer service to align with the center’s mission of enhancing client well-being.

• Experience in Customer Service, including Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction
• Proficiency in delivering a high-quality Customer Experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to actively engage with guests and provide excellent service
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge or interest in holistic wellness practices is a plus
