Waldium is the autonomous content platform used by YC‑backed startups to generate technical guides, tutorials, and product documentation optimized for AI discovery. As we scale and launch new features, we need part‑time customer support help to manage inbound questions and provide fast, reliable responses.
Base Pay Range$18.00/yr - $20.00/yr
What you’ll do- Handle all inbound customer conversations through Tidio
- Learn the Waldium platform and product flows so you can answer common questions clearly
- Troubleshoot issues, gather context, and elevate technical problems to engineering
- Maintain quick response times during agreed coverage hours
- Keep communication concise and accurate
- Experience in customer support or customer success
- Strong written communication
- Ability to understand technical products without hand‑holding
- Reliability during US working hours
- Ability to ramp quickly and operate with minimal oversight
- Contract role tied to product launch
- 4–8 week engagement with potential to extend
- 10–20 hours per week
- Remote (based in the US)
- Hourly rate based on experience
