This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in San Francisco, CA. The Customer Service Representative will assist clients by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a satisfactory customer experience. Daily responsibilities include responding to customer support requests via phone and email, troubleshooting issues, maintaining accurate records, vendor coordination, property inspections, and collaborating with other team members to improve service processes.
Additionally, the representative will act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure prompt and effective solutions are provided.

- Ability to prioritize Customer Satisfaction and address client needs effectively
- Strong communication skills with a focus on providing high-quality service
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues

- Experience in a customer-facing role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or relevant training is a plus
