We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our fast‑paced Tech Services team. This role is integral to our company's success and growth, acting as the critical liaison between our clients and our services.
ResponsibilitiesAs a Customer Success Manager, you’ll be responsible for understanding customer outcomes through ongoing collection and analysis of data and feedback. You’ll drive the success and growth of our customers by understanding their business needs and helping them succeed.
Qualifications- Minimum 3–10 years of experience in a customer success SaaS position
- Experience working closely with and presenting to C‑level executives
- Passion for data, technology, and AI
- Experienced with Salesforce and Hub Spot
- Salary up to $165,000
