VComply is looking for an enthusiastic Customer Success Manager. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers, understanding the needs of the customer, resolving their queries, helping them with the onboarding process and implementing new programs that will increase the business’ revenue potentials and minimize churn rates.
You have to ensure that the customer uses the product to its full capacity and all goals are met. We’re looking for people who want to jump-start their career in B2B customer success. Funded by Accel, VComply was the only new age software provider rated as a High Performer in GRC software space! In collaboration with the team, you will constantly focus on figuring out what works and how to do it more efficiently.
You will use the latest CRM tools to make your work more efficient while continuously improving the existing process.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
- Oversee the onboarding & implementation process for new customers.
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their goals, challenges, and requirements, and offer suitable solutions to enhance their experience.
- Review customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve the customer experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve customer concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Provide customers with regular updates, insights, and best practices to optimize their use of VComply’s products.
- Create knowledge base materials and supporting documents (articles, videos, etc).
- Analyze and report on key customer trends, product usage metrics, and customer health score.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Customer Success role, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment with a focus on US products.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferable.
- Strong understanding of customer relationship management and the ability to navigate and influence within client organizations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing customer accounts.
- Technical skills required, as they relate to the use of the product or service.
- Experience in managing a diverse group and training each according to company standards.
