Client Services Representative

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate updates to beneficiary designations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with firm policies.
• Process wire transfers securely and in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Manage rollover requests by coordinating with custodians, preparing documentation, and ensuring smooth transitions.
• Respond promptly and effectively to client inquiries, providing detailed information on financial products and services.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive and personalized communication.
• Guide new clients through the onboarding process to ensure a seamless and welcoming experience.
• Oversee client transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, account updates, and balance inquiries.
• Partner with financial advisors to ensure client activities align with their financial strategies and goals.
• Maintain accurate and current client records within Salesforce.
• Follow up on pending client requests to ensure timely and complete resolutions.
