Customer Service Rep, HelpDesk/Support, Customer Success Mgr./ CSM, Client Relationship Manager
In this role, you will work directly with clients, helping them launch the platform, resolve operational issues, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with launching new customer accounts and onboarding clients.
- Visit customer locations to provide onsite operational support.
- Ensure a positive customer experience by resolving issues promptly.
- Monitor service quality and communicate customer feedback to internal teams.
- Help clients with account setup, order placement, and basic platform troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Build strong relationships with customers through excellent communication and professionalism.
- Manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience in operations, customer support, customer success, client services, or a similar customer‑facing role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience using collaboration tools such as Google Sheets, Slack, Zoom, or similar applications.
- Strong problem‑solving skills with a customer‑first mindset.
- Ability to travel daily within the assigned city to customer locations.
- Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience in hospitality, restaurant operations, food service, logistics, or retail operations.
- Background in customer onboarding, implementation, or account management.
- Experience supporting operational processes and client relationships.
