We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Valet Parking Attendant to join our team. This position involves providing exceptional valet parking services to our customers while maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism.

• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service
• Safely park and retrieve vehicles in designated areas
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle locations and keys
• Inspect vehicles for damage before and after parking
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures
• Keep parking areas clean and organized
• Assist customers with directions and parking information

• Valid driver's license issued in the United States with clean driving record
• Manual transmission vehicles (stick shift) is a plus
• Proficiency in smartphone usage for work-related tasks
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Ability to work in various weather conditions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable and punctual attendance
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Professional appearance and demeanor

• Competitive wage starting at San Francisco minimum wage ($20.00/hour), negotiable based on experience
• Paid sick leave: 1 hour earned for every 30 hours worked as required by San Francisco ordinance
