Fountain’s Enterprise Customer Success Manager will build relationships with some of the world’s biggest brands, acting as a trusted advisor focused on delivering ROI and mutual success.
You’ll manage 5–15 enterprise accounts, build roadmaps and account plans, support and enable customers, represent the customer voice, improve KPIs, develop data‑driven QBRs, collaborate with internal teams, and lead team projects. Travel onsite 2–3x per quarter.
