As a Desk Clerk, you are often the first point of contact for residents and
visitors, helping create a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment within
the community. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with
people, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the well-being
of residents.

On-Site Position
Schedule:
Part-Time, 24 hours per week
Swing
Shift: Thursday-Friday, 3:00 PM-11:00 PM
Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

WHAT YOU'LL DO
* Welcome residents and visitors while providing exceptional customer service.
* Monitor building access and maintain accurate visitor logs.
* Answer and direct phone calls, taking detailed and accurate messages.
* Conduct routine property patrols to help maintain a safe community
environment.
* Communicate important information to property staff and appropriate
authorities as needed.
* Respond appropriately in emergency situations by contacting emergency
services.
* Support a respectful, secure, and inclusive living environment for residents.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* General office, front desk, customer service, hospitality, or security
experience preferred.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to remain professional and calm in a variety of situations.
* Commitment to serving diverse communities with compassion and respect.
