To advance the healthcare industry, the full-time Customer Service Representative will manage communications with partner labs, coordinate sample and document requests, and ensure customer satisfaction while working remotely from Illinois.
Key responsibilities- Communicate with partner labs to manage sample and document requests, triage order issues, and coordinate logistics
