We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support customers with timely, accurate, and courteous service in San Francisco, California. This is a Contract position for someone who can create a positive experience by helping callers navigate questions without feeling rushed while ensuring information is complete the first time. The ideal candidate is dependable during scheduled hours, responsive to coaching, and comfortable managing a steady volume of inbound and outbound communication.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers by phone with professionalism and patience, providing clear guidance tailored to their needs.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve questions, gather missing information, and move requests toward completion.
• Enter orders and application details accurately, making sure records are complete and ready for next-step processing.
• Review customer submissions carefully to improve first-pass accuracy and reduce delays caused by incomplete information.
• Monitor open cases and follow up promptly so pending applications do not remain inactive for extended periods.
• Maintain consistent on-queue availability and dependable attendance during scheduled working hours.
• Apply feedback from supervisors and quality reviews to strengthen service delivery and correct recurring issues.
