To support a growing tourism and experiences organization, the full-time Customer Service Representative will provide dedicated phone support to customers regarding reservations and general trip information in a remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities- Answer inbound customer calls in a professional and friendly manner
- Assist customers with questions about reservations, schedules, and policies
- Document customer interactions and elevate issues as needed
- Previous customer service experience required
- Prior call center or high-volume phone experience strongly preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Teams and Outlook
- Strong general computer skills and ability to learn new technology quickly
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work Eastern Time hours
