CEVA Logistics in Venray is seeking a customer service employee who acts as the first contact for customers, informs them about goods flow status, and handles the administrative processing. You will maintain contact with customers and the warehouse to ensure smooth order processing and accurate data management.
You will monitor orders, prepare documents, manage customer data and KPIs, and contribute to continuous improvement via LEAN projects such as 5S and Kaizen.
