To ensure a smooth onboarding process for customers, the full-time hourly Employer Benefits Account Coordinator will support the enrollment of new groups, manage annual benefits renewals, and provide proactive assistance through various communication channels in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities- Support the onboarding process of new groups from application through to successful enrollment
- Assist customers with their annual benefits renewal process and any coverage or carrier changes
- Utilize phone, text, and email to provide proactive onboarding support and reconcile issues for customers
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or sales role
- A Life and Health Insurance license or the ability to obtain one within 3 months of employment
- Previous experience with Salesforce is a plus
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to work in a high-volume environment
- Positive personality with strong customer empathy and focus
