Responsibilities:

• Assist customers by phone with questions related to applications, orders, and general service needs, providing clear next steps and helpful support.
• Review customer information carefully to help ensure forms are completed accurately and submitted with all required details.
• Handle inbound call volume efficiently while maintaining a thorough, patient, and solutions-focused experience for each customer.
• Make outbound follow-up calls when needed to gather missing information, clarify responses, or help move requests toward completion.
• Monitor open and pending cases proactively, taking action to reduce delays and keep customer applications progressing.
• Enter and update customer and order information accurately within internal systems while maintaining attention to detail.
• Maintain consistent on-queue coverage during scheduled hours and contribute to reliable team support throughout the day.
• Apply coaching and feedback to improve call quality, strengthen first-contact resolution, and address any performance concerns promptly.
