Greet arriving guests and complete established check-in procedures on a daily basis to ensure guest satisfaction;
Facilitate guest departures by following procedures to close guest accounts and determine future room availability;
Regularly calculate and post monies, receipts, and guest accounts using cash handling procedures;
Answer inquiries and accept reservations in person and by phone using reservation guidelines;
Operate the PBX system to manage incoming/outgoing calls and wake-up calls, and support department communications
