Jobtailor is seeking a dedicated customer support specialist to serve as the primary contact for inquiries via email, Live Chat, and the 1-833-Roo Vet line. You will troubleshoot first-line issues for hospital, veterinarian, and technician users and coordinate escalations with regional teams.
You’ll document rainy-day scenarios, maintain Hub Spot records, and generate reports while collaborating with Finance and other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely resolutions.
