Launch Darkly is seeking a Customer Success Manager who guides post‑sales customers through onboarding, adoption, and value realization. You will combine customer success acumen with Dev Ops awareness to help customers achieve their use cases and desired outcomes.
You will own risk mitigation, prescriptive guidance, and renewal/expansion opportunities, working closely with sales, support, and product teams to champion the customer and the business.
