Schedule:

Monitor building access and maintain accurate visitor logs. Answer and direct phone calls, taking detailed and accurate messages. Conduct routine property patrols to help maintain a safe community environment. Communicate important information to property staff and appropriate authorities as needed. Respond appropriately in emergency situations by contacting emergency services. Support a respectful, secure, and inclusive living environment for residents. What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent.
General office, front desk, customer service, hospitality, or security experience preferred. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to remain professional and calm in a variety of situations. Commitment to serving diverse communities with compassion and respect.
