Customer Launch Specialist

In this role, you will:

• Be a customer launch specialist:
  Launch new customers on the product, resolve pain points, and ensure great onsite experience
• Be a client representative:
  Manage quality and performance for clients
• Have strong communication:
  Field feedback from clients, identify issues, and clearly communicate them to the relevant contact

About you:

Based in SF/Peninsula, and willing to travel within their respective cities daily to a different location Humble Hustler
- No job is beneath you or too small. You believe the best way to learn about how to optimize a process is to first hack it together yourself Ability to manage ambiguity and work independently in a fast paced environment and being comfortable with executing with limited guidance Coachable on Technology and Data
- Ability to use communication and collaboration tools like Slack, Zoom, Google Sheets in addition to internal systems at client Expert in the Meal Manager platform
- Ability to learn, communicate, and troubleshoot basic issues clients have with the platform (how to set up their account, place orders, setup backup carts ect).
