Customer Experience Coordinator

Summary

As a Customer Experience Coordinator you set the tone for the store and act as the lead ambassador for the customer journey. You support efficient store operations and deliver exemplary service to maximize sales and strengthen client relationships. Working with the management team, you help shape the overall in-store experience.

• Exceed client expectations at each visit and maintain a client-focused environment using hospitality tools
• Ensure all employees present professionally and deliver high levels of customer service to achieve sales goals
• Manage clienteling activities and ensure each guest has mapped interactions
• Maintain seamless operational efficiency and a positive customer atmosphere
• Partner with leadership and expert teams to proactively resolve service issues
• Perform other duties as assigned by store leadership

• Previous experience in sales, hospitality, and/or service
• Exceptional customer service and clienteling skills with a passion for relationship-building
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
