Crew Member, Customer Service​/HelpDesk

Position Overview

Circus Trix, LLC dba Sky Zone is looking for part‑time Crew Members to work onsite. These associates gain experience across multiple departments while developing essential workforce skills such as customer service, safety management, and effective communication.

Opportunities include:

• Court Monitor (Safety Crew)
• Café Associate
• Party Host
• Front Desk
• Membership Sales

All crew stations require working closely with park members, guests, and colleagues. Employees must provide a friendly and memorable customer experience while maintaining a safe, healthy, and clean environment.

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Comfortable engaging with large groups of people.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule during park operational hours, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• Previous experience in a high‑volume, customer‑facing role (entertainment, retail, service, fitness, etc.) is ideal but not required.
• Customer service or sales experience is considered a bonus.
• Physical ability to sit, stand, and move around the park for long periods.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 20 pounds.

• Remain stationary or move around the park for long periods to accommodate guest, park, and safety needs.
• Lift and/or move a minimum of 20 pounds.
• Frequent communication and interaction with employees and customers in a busy and often loud indoor environment.

Compensation starts at $10.00/hr full pay range goes up to $12.00/hr and is based on qualifications and experience.
