As a Customer Success Associate at Inquis Medical, your key role is to boost customer satisfaction and loyalty through strategic support and excellent service. The position focuses on proactive engagement, encouraging adoption, and resolving potential issues early. You will act as a trusted advisor to customers and internal teams, helping ensure long-term retention, satisfaction, and growth. Working closely with the Customer Success management, you'll blend reactive support with proactive success efforts, contributing to the company's overall outstanding customer experience.

  • Support day-to-day Customer Success activities, including onboarding, contract enablement, account management support, field inventory management, product feedback, accounts receivable support, and Sales support.
  • Serve as a backup for day-to-day Customer Service activities, including account management support, order management, order fulfillment, and field inventory support. Ensure continuity of service during high-volume periods or absences.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts, acting as a trusted advisor for success planning.
  • Align with Customer Success management to ensure seamless integration of reactive service and proactive success efforts.
  • Assist in executing strategic Customer Success programs designed to improve customer experience and retention.

Education / Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent professional experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a Customer Success or Account Management role.
  • On-site presence at Inquis Medical headquarters is required.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to anticipate customer needs and deliver proactive solutions.
  • Collaborative mindset with a focus on long‑term customer value and business growth.

Compensation Range

$60,000 - $80,000 USD
