TTEC is seeking a Mandarin-English bilingual Customer Service Representative to work on-site at the Embarcadero BART station in San Francisco, CA. In this role you’ll assist Clipper card users, answer questions, issue cards, and handle payments with accuracy and a friendly demeanor.
You’ll engage customers face-to-face during shifts that include weekends, and you’ll report to a team lead while contributing to a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
