Customer Service Representative

We are currently seeking a highly-driven, self-motivated customer service representative to join our team! This is a full-time/part-time position.

We are an established insurance agency that specializes in auto, home, business, and life insurance. We have been in business for 18 years and are continuing to grow.

• Process changes, applications, and payments with accuracy
• Handle phone calls efficiently and answer questions
• Generate sales leads by utilizing sales techniques to enhance the customer service experience and up-sell
• Identify and assess client's needs to achieve satisfaction
• Communicate directly and professionally with clients
• Schedule client appointments
• Email, file, and other ad hoc tasks as needed

• Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
• Fast learner, able to multitask, and work well under pressure to meet deadlines
• Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude (willing to go above and beyond the call of duty)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Energetic, a team player, and inspire clients and co-workers
• Inquisitiveness and the desire to continually learn and improve
• Proficient in English, conversational Cantonese/Mandarin a plus
