Specialist, Client Service Management

We're seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist, Client Service Management to join our Wealth Management team. This role is located in San Francisco, CA.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

• Provide quality client support to resolve transaction and process-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain strong client relationships by researching and resolving inquiries efficiently and accurately.
• Respond to phone, email, and other client inquiries regarding products, services, and procedures.
• Route unresolved issues to the appropriate team, provide status updates, and ensure daily open items are followed through to closure.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience in a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience, with some experience in an operational area and/or client services preferred.
• Strong client service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
