Community & Operations Associate The role
We're looking for an exceptionally organized, reliable person to run the day-to-day of our community and events in San Francisco. You'll make sure every event runs smoothly, every follow-up gets sent, and every detail is handled without anyone having to ask twice.
What we're looking for- You're extremely reliable and follow through on what you say you'll do
- Strong attention to detail: you catch the typo, the double booking, the missing name tag
- Clear, warm written and verbal communication
- Comfortable with tools like Notion, Google Workspace, Luma, Airtable (or quick to learn them)
- You're energized by people and happy hosting a room
- Able to work onsite in SF, including some evenings and occasional weekends for events
- Fresh grads welcome, and no specific degree is required. Experience running a student org, events, hospitality, or any role where you had to be on top of logistics is a plus
