Job Description:
We are partnering with a top exercise equipment warehouse to find a Customer Service Representative with e-commerce and technical experience. If you’re a customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, this is your chance to join a growing team!
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (OT available)
Pay: $18.00/hour (starting) – DOE
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Provide technical support for exercise equipment.
- Process and manage e-commerce orders.
- Use Microsoft Suite and Outlook to track and resolve issues.
- Customer service experience (e-commerce or technical background is a plus!).
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Suite, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
