Our client is a healthcare software company.## The role Raydar is recruiting for this opportunity through the Paraform network. The position is with our client. Help clinician customers adopt and use a software platform, owning onboarding, customer communication, and the operational details of ongoing success.## What you'll do
* ** Guide clinicians through onboarding**, training, and continued engagement.
* ** Coordinate scheduling**, follow-ups, records, and internal workflows.
* ** Create training guides
** and learning resources.
* ** Monitor use and engagement
** and share meaningful trends.
* Translate clinician feedback into product and customer success improvements.## What we're looking for
* ** 3 to 8 years
** in a customer-facing or operational role at a technology company.
* Experience in an
** early-stage, high-growth startup**.
* Ability to learn complex workflows and organize detailed operational work.
* Comfort learning tools such as Hub Spot, Canva, and Airtable.
* Warm, clear communication and skill in de-escalating customer issues.
* A personal interest in healthcare and the needs of clinicians.## Bonus points
