- $75–$85/hour (based on experience)
- $2,000 sign‑on bonus, paid in retention stages:
- $750 at 90 days
- $750 at 6 months
- $500 at 12 months

Our state‑of‑the‑art office features digital radiographs, intraoral cameras, Dentrix software, and fully electronic records. You’ll work with a small, close‑knit team and a doctor who prioritizes quality care, clear communication, and on‑time days.

Accurate, timely Dentrix documentation - Collaboration with doctor and team to maintain smooth, on‑time days
- Operatory setup, infection control, equipment maintenance
- HIPAA compliance and positive team culture
- Active California RDH license
- Local anesthesia certification
- Minimum 3 years clinical experience
- Comfortable with Dentrix, Dexis, Nomad (training provided if needed)
- Excellent patient communication and education skills
- Detail‑oriented, dependable, team player
- Strong clinical skills and ethical care standards
