Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) – Private Practice Compensation & Schedule

• $75–$85/hour (based on experience)
• $2,000 sign‑on bonus, paid in retention stages:
• $750 at 90 days
• $750 at 6 months
• $500 at 12 months

Health insurance, retirement plan, CE training support

Monday–Thursday, consistent daytime hours

Laurel Village Dental Loft is excited to welcome a compassionate, experienced Registered Dental Hygienist to our low‑stress, highly positive, one‑doctor practice. We’re looking for someone who wants to connect with patients, feel valued by the team, and deliver excellent care in a calm environment.

Our state‑of‑the‑art office features digital radiographs, intraoral cameras, Dentrix software, and fully electronic records. You’ll work with a small, close‑knit team and a doctor who prioritizes quality care, clear communication, and on‑time days.

• Comprehensive hygiene: prophylaxis, scaling, fluoride treatments, sealants
• Patient assessments: medical history, charting, periodontal charting

  Accurate, timely Dentrix documentation
• Collaboration with doctor and team to maintain smooth, on‑time days
• Operatory setup, infection control, equipment maintenance
• HIPAA compliance and positive team culture

• Active California RDH license
• Local anesthesia certification
• Minimum 3 years clinical experience
• Comfortable with Dentrix, Dexis, Nomad (training provided if needed)
• Excellent patient communication and education skills
• Detail‑oriented, dependable, team player
• Strong clinical skills and ethical care standards
