Monday–Friday About the RoleA modern, technology‑driven orthodontic clinic is seeking a skilled Orthodontist to join its San Francisco team. The practice focuses on digital workflows, clear aligner treatments, and delivering an exceptional patient experience in a beautifully designed clinical environment.
This role is ideal for an Orthodontist who enjoys innovation, collaboration, and leading high‑quality orthodontic care in a fast‑growing, patient‑centered setting.
What You’ll Do Clinical Responsibilities Diagnose, plan, and manage orthodontic treatments using digital tools and clear aligner systems.
Provide patient education, treatment planning, and chair‑side communication.
Monitor treatment progress and adjust plans as needed.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
Leadership & Collaboration Lead and mentor clinical team members within the local clinic.
Collaborate with a broader clinical team to refine protocols and improve treatment modalities.
Participate in case reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
Patient Experience Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong patient relationships.
Ensure a comfortable, supportive, and professional treatment environment.
Uphold high standards of quality, efficiency, and patient satisfaction.

Requirements Must‑HaveDDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
Completion of an accredited Orthodontics Residency Program (Board‑eligible or Board‑certified).Strong diagnostic and treatment‑planning skills.
Excellent communication and chair‑side abilities.
Passion for orthodontics, digital workflows, and patient‑centered care.
Nice‑to‑Have Active California Dental License (or eligibility to obtain).DEA registration.
CPR certification.
Experience with clear aligner systems.
