We are looking for a dedicated Registered Dental Hygienist to join our collaborative, high-tech practice on a Full-Time or Part-Time basis. Your Role & Impact As a vital member of our clinical team, you will:
- Deliver Excellence:
Perform thorough cleanings, preventive treatments, and dental health assessments. - Educate & Empower:
Guide patients through personalized oral hygiene strategies and the importance of long-term care. - Diagnostic Support:
Utilize digital imaging to identify health issues and collaborate with dentists on comprehensive treatment planning. - Maintain Standards:
Ensure a sterile, safe, and welcoming environment following all infection control protocols. - Grow Professionally:
Stay at the forefront of the industry by engaging with new dental hygiene practices and technologies.
What You Bring to the Chair
- Licensure:
Valid Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license. - Experience:
Proven track record in a clinical setting (we love a mix of precision and personality!). - Communication: A friendly, professional demeanor with the ability to make patients feel comfortable and valued.
- Detail-Oriented:
High level of accuracy in procedures and record-keeping (HIPAA compliance is a must). - Adaptability:
The ability to stay organized and thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy office.
