Dentist performing hygiene duties - Ingleside Dental Job Description Ingleside Dental is excited to announce an opening for a dedicated and passionate dentist for our new office in Daly City or existing office. Located in our state-of-the-art facility, this role is designed for someone who cherishes improving patients' oral health and educating them on maintaining dental hygiene. Experience is required.
Our office is equipped with the latest dental technologies, ensuring that you have the tools needed to provide the best care possible. Ingleside Dental values the dedication and hard work of our staff, providing an atmosphere where skills are honed, and achievements are celebrated.
- Conduct dental health assessments and record patient dental histories.
- Perform dental cleanings and apply preventive materials.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene strategies and the importance of maintaining good oral health.
- Identify oral health issues and diseases, reporting any abnormalities or concerns to the dentists.
- Assist dentists in planning treatments for teeth or gum diseases and maintaining dental health records.
- Operate dental technology and machinery such as digital X-rays and intraoral cameras.
- Maintain a sterile and neat working environment in accordance with current infection control procedures.
- Build strong patient relationships, fostering an environment where patients feel comfortable and valued.
- Collaborate with other team members to provide a seamless and efficient patient experience.
- Stay updated with advancements in dental hygiene practices and technologies.
- Experience as a general dentist.
- Valid dentist (DMD/DDS) license.
- Strong understanding of dental hygiene procedures, protocols, and equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and the dental team.
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and service.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and precision in performing dental procedures.
